About Cheryl Young

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Pensacola real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Milton, Pace, Escambia and Santa Rosa County areas, please contact me.

About Amber Green

Her No-Pressure Philosophy

Amber Green has been an agent with our brokerage since she started her real estate career.  In every year that she's been selling real estate, she has received the Pensacola Bay Area Women's Council of Realtors Top Gun Award.  Helping people buy or sell homes is her passion and it shows!

She was raised as a daughter of a US Marine Corps pilot and understands the emotional process that is involved in relocating.  She knows how it effects the entire family and is not a decision to be taken lightly, or under pressure.  Pensacola has been home to her since her adolescent years and she loves everything about our town.  She believes that it has community, charisma, and charm!

Her background is in Finance since graduating from Stetson University in 2001.  Immediately upon graduating she moved as a newlywed to Washington DC to work as a budget analyst for the US Marine Corps. As a survivor in the Pentagon's 9/11 attack, she was honored to be an integral part of the first budget submission for the Marine Corps' Global War on Terrorism.

In addition, she has an eye for creative marketing since she's been involved with photography and graphic design for the last 15 years.  So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, Milton, Pace, Escambia and Santa Rosa County areas, please consider  contacting her.
